What should I do if I want to modify or cancel my order ?Updated a month ago

📌 Your order has not been shipped yet?

👉 You can still modify or cancel your order! Contact us quickly via chat for any address modification before shipping. We will do our best to process your request as soon as possible.

📦 Your order has already been shipped?

❌ Once shipped, the order can no longer be canceled or modified.

📍 Wrong address? We can send a request to the carrier to attempt a modification, but we cannot guarantee that the change will be processed.

🔄 Need to return an item? You can initiate a return upon receipt by following our procedure.

Here’s the procedure:

2️⃣ Select your order and click on "Return my order".

3️⃣ Download & print your return label.

4️⃣ Drop off your package at a designated drop-off point.
