What is the procedure for a return or exchange from DROM/COM or abroad?Updated 19 days ago

You have 14 days after delivery to return your items (unworn, unwashed, with tags and original packaging).

🔄 Only refunds are available (processed within 14 days). If you need a different size, please place a new order on 👉 www.freemantporter.com.


📌 How to return?

1️⃣ Check your eligibility 👉 Click here
2️⃣ Generate your return label from your customer account:

  • Go to "My Account" > "My Orders" > "The Order" > "Return My Order"

3️⃣ Receive your label by email and print it.

📌 Can’t print it? Contact us and we’ll help you arrange the return.

4️⃣ Prepare your package:

  • Insert the return slip inside the parcel.
  • Pack items properly in their original packaging with tags.
  • Attach the return label to the parcel.

5️⃣ Drop your parcel off at a post office or drop-off point, depending on the return method in your country.
