📦 Return within 14 days

• Home delivery: the return period starts when your parcel is marked as delivered.

• Pickup point: the return period starts from the delivery date, not the pickup date.

🔄 How to return in 5 steps

1️⃣ Log in to your account, select your order and click on "Return my order".

2️⃣ Choose your preferred option: exchange, refund or store credit.

3️⃣ Download and print your return label (available by email and in your customer account).
📌 Can’t print it? Contact us so we can offer you an alternative solution.

4️⃣ Prepare your parcel:
Place the items to return in their original packaging, with tags, and don’t forget to include the return form inside the parcel. Stick the return label on the outside.
✂️ If you reuse the original envelope, make sure to remove the old label.

5️⃣ Send your return:
Drop it off at a pickup point indicated on your label.
