When placing an order with multiple items on our website, different types of discounts may be applied—either as a percentage (%) or as a fixed amount (€ value).
To ensure fair distribution and transparency, all discounts are averaged as a percentage across each product in your order.

🔍 What does this mean in practice?

Regardless of the type of discount applied (e.g. 20% off the order or €50 off), the total discount is proportionally distributed across all items in your cart, based on their individual value.

Example:
If you place an order for 3 products totaling €300 and receive a €30 discount, each product will receive a reduction equal to 10% of its price.

This ensures:

• Easier accounting and logistics processing of your order.

• Consistent discounting on each item, even in the case of a partial return.

📦 What happens if I return an item?

If you return one or more items, the refunded amount will reflect the discount proportionally applied to the returned item(s).
